The technology arm

Why Maahir, not another LMS

Maahir is a free, Pakistan-built AI learning platform (a Server4Sale initiative) that already maps its entire catalogue to the SDGs, already issues verifiable certificates, and already publishes a government partnership model aimed at, among others. "Planning teams".

Built for Pakistan

Local context, local pricing (free for learners), Urdu/English/Roman Urdu and regional language support, low-bandwidth and accessibility routes, mobile-first design for how Pakistani youth actually access the internet.

SDG-aligned by design

Maahir's public SDG page maps content to all 17 goals with honest evidence definitions (participation ≠ learning ≠ verified impact), the exact discipline a PC-run programme needs.

Certificates that verify

The Cyber Safety Pakistan programme already issues verifiable certificates. This portal reuses the same pattern: PDF + QR + public verification page.

Government partnership ready

Maahir's alignment directory explicitly includes Government / NAVTTC / BISP / Planning teams pathways, with programme briefs and evidence frameworks.

AI teacher & practice model

Learn → practice → show your work. Maahir's pedagogy is evidence-based (role-play, scenarios, work samples), beyond quiz-only literacy.

This demo is API-first

Every feature on pc.maahir.io runs on a documented REST API (/api/v1) so PC systems, or any partner, can build on top without touching the core.

Division of labour in one line

PC = mandate, content, approval, cohorts, M&E. Maahir = platform, technology, operations, certificates. Youth = learn, practise, advocate, certify.
