One portal, two strengths, zero duplication

This demo portal exists to make one point: SDG learning for youth can go from PDFs to certificates in weeks, not years, by combining what the Planning Commission already owns with what Maahir already runs.

Planning Commission of Pakistan brings
  • Content authority. SDG Status Reports, VNRs (2019, 2022), National SDGs Framework, Poverty Estimation 2024-25, MPI
  • Youth programmes. Youth ki Uraan, YPDC, fellowships, summer scholars, URAAN AI Techathon
  • M&E machinery, the ministry's own monitoring & evaluation wing and dashboards culture
  • Reach & trust, pc.gov.pk, P-block convening power, district networks
  • Approval authority, final sign-off on all learning content
Maahir (a Server4Sale initiative) brings
  • The platform, free Pakistan-built AI learning platform (maahir.io) with SDG-aligned tracks
  • This demo portal, built on PC's domain (pc.maahir.io), API-first PHP/MariaDB
  • Certification model, verifiable certificates with QR codes, already proven on Cyber Safety Pakistan
  • Languages & inclusion. Urdu, English, Roman Urdu + regional languages, accessibility routes
  • Operations, hosting, security, maintenance at no initial cost to PC
The deal we're proposing
Now (this demo)

We fund and run the demo portal ourselves. No cost, no commitment. Content marked "draft, pending PC approval".

Pilot

PC nominates a cohort (one university / one district / one YPDC batch). PC focal persons review content; supervisors review ambassador submissions.

Content handover

All content creation moves to PC-approved authors. We remain the technology arm only.

Scale

If the pilot proves value, PC decides funding/scale (PSDP project, Innovation Fund, or CSR). The API is ready for iPAS/PSDP integration.
